Food is a vital part of retreats and events. It is the time when everyone comes together to connect, integrate, refuel, and often experience something different from their usual day-to-day meals.
I am here to support you in creating the most nourishing, satisfying and memorable experience possible for your guests. My seasonal plant-based and Ayurvedic menus are lovingly crafted to complement your event, ensuring guests are well taken care of.
Everything I create is plant-based and free from refined ingredients, and other dietary requirements can be catered for. I cook from scratch, using high quality, organic ingredients, and strive to create as little waste as possible. Cooking is my joy and meditation so food is naturally infused with love and beautifully presented to uplift and inspire.
I have catered for more than 75 retreats in the realms of yoga, wellness and personal development, as well as for high profile figures such as will.i.am. I really love catering in an intimate setting, where I can offer ultimate attention to detail to every meal. I can work alone for groups of 14 or less (including facilitators) - for larger groups I will need to bring an assistant.
I am based in the beautiful vibrant market town of Hebden Bridge in West Yorkshire, and happy to travel for retreats across Yorkshire, the North West, the Peak District, the Lakes and North Wales. However I will travel further afield for the right collaboration.
My rates vary based on the retreat duration, location, number of guests, number of meals required each day, special dietary requests, and time prepping, cooking and cleaning.
